I call Shenanigans. A city in Texas comes in second!?

What they be havin' in Plano, Texas that's so smarrrrrtifying?

ARRRRRRRRRRR! I be demandin' a rrrrrrrrrrrecount!!

Newark's grade would probably go up a lot if they would just get rid of Snooki. Make her walk the plank!

Plano is an exurb of Dallas where a lot of tech companies have migrated. Not too surprising.

I guess 100 is not a perfect score in this case.

Put more Krugman and Reich articles on the Herald Op-Ed page. Circulation should go through the roof.

"See the most (and least) educated cities in America."

....

"...Only 20 percent of high school seniors have a solid grasp of global geography...."

Miami is in America?

"Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?"--George W. Bush, Florence, South Carolina; January 11, 2000.

and the answer is: no, hell no....

but then again, neither is the government!

"If the terriers and bariffs are torn down, this economy will grow."-- George W. Bush, January 2000

But what about the bulldogs and Rottweilers? seems unfair to single out terriers...and bariffs, which
are/is...not even a real word.

Miami, are your drug dealers able to make change?

DC is as high as 34? Not bad considering we gather the nation's village idiots. They get dumber the longer they stay and tend to rise to their ultimate level of incompetence.
