We had a drivers ed. teacher that fell asleep while a student was driving. He told him, before he fell asleep, to keep driving until he told him to stop. They ended up in Charlotte which is about 30 miles from where they started. I have a feeling a little wine was involved.

Reminds me of RENO 911 where the blonde bombshell cop explained to a bunch of teenagers that "You have to learn HOW to drink AND drive...don't be stupid about it."

Jeff, they let the kids drive with a learner's permit at 14. We are a farm state. At least that's what my daughter told me when she wanted her license at 14...
