I've never been a big sushi fan for psychological reasons. I'm less of a fan now and have been rediagnosed as scared of sushi.

My mother swears she got a bowl of soup in which the little bitty fish were still swimming. This was in a Japanese hospital, a few decades ago. Sashimi is fine and tasty, but that's pushing it.
