At first I thought this was a real whale tail. There is an entire ocean close to this thing. Why don't they use that?

I can remember the thrill of random vandalism, peeing in the fountain.
But I was a teenager at the time and should have been whupped. Then made to drink the fountain.

@Ralph: I've passed those whale tails on many a trip to Vermont, and stopped by the side of the road to take pictures of them. Never got close enough to realize that they were behind a fence, although that certainly makes sense.
