LOL! Life Imitates Art: Years ago, I saw a single-panel cartoon that featured two ice cream trucks that had been in a fender-bender; the two drivers were beating the dickens out of each other. One was a "Good Humor" truck, and the other had a name like "Happy ice Creams"!

You know what happens next.
They find a melted Bomb Pop, and stick removed, in the
bed along with a note:
Pack up and move up, or this will be what happens to you!
(The I.C. Godfather doesn't like competition.)

Talk about life imitating art, imitating life this sort of hostility between rival street vendors was central to the plot of Bill Forsyth's film Comfort & Joy. When interviewed Forsyth explained that he got the idea for the movie plot to include inter-family fighting of rival ice cream vendors from a newspaper article in the local Glasgow paper.
I highly recommend this film. Unfortunately Comfort & Joy (this one by Forsyth not the other film with the same title) is not currently available in the US on DVD only on VHS.
