Some crimes should not have jail-time. Mandatory neutering to help clean the gene pool, yes, but not jail.

If you're too lazy to actually go into the bank and point a gun then you deserve to go to jail. I worked as a teller during a break from nursing several years ago. You would be surprised at how many nuts we dealt with.
