I dunno, the boreholes I've had to work with weren't especially deep. Generally speaking their coffee cups were deeper than they were.

Superdeep Borehole?

Isn't that an oxymoron?

Superman is fed up and says he's not going to rescue them from the Molemen this time.

Make mine a diet, please.

If they drill far enough, will they find Edgar???

Superdeepse.cx?

"In 1983, the drill passed 12,000 m (39,000 ft), and drilling was stopped for about a year to celebrate the event."

Superdeep borehole?
Mensa meeting.

/OT

This is the place that bored into hell and the demons were shrieking for Pat Robertson to "come on in the water's fine".

Another unexpected discovery was the large quantity of .. gas, with the mud flowing out of the hole described as "boiling" with [gas]
Reminds me of the bean burrito and tequila diet plan back in college.

Just what are they looking for?

Oil?
Diamonds?
WMD?
Jimmy Hoffa?

China?
