There are lots of US towns where an unregistered car parked on your property can get you a ticket. They have to be in a garage or covered up.

Were you ever in St. John's in the winter? The ice on the roads must be nearly a foot thick, but everyone still drive's like it's May in Miami....of course the other citizens are offended - this drive is making them look like a bunch of weaklings!

Never ceases to amaze me what people will complain about. Maybe we should round up the complainers and send them to help in Haiti.
