I just saw that same article in Backpacker magazine. It works for any sport. Well, maybe not a Nascar driver.

That is delightful news. I shall start training today!

It's Better To Drink Beer After Exercise Than Water

Well, duh!

You know, we all make fun of these boffins and their silly surveys, but maybe they're the smart ones after all.

*weighs benefits of exercise vs. just drinking beer*

If I lift a really heavy mug, is that considered exercise?

I'm already working out doing 12-oz. curls. You know, I may need a spotter, so I'll finish my workout at Hooters.

Soldiers have known about this for generations.

"The average person loses around 1 liter (33oz) of water for every hour of exercise in sweat."

Well, that's my problem. I never exercise in sweat.

what about "INSTEAD" of exercise?

What about wine? Because I just ran 10 miles and I am drinking wine now.

Will I die?

This amazing finding may change college sports forever. Or not.
