What, the guy doesn't keep a folded twenty dollar bill in his pocket to execute a "Chicago Handshake"?
Interestingly, the drivers ed instructor/soccer coach for my high schooler's team had me demonstrate the technique as it was something that he couldn't teach as a part of the curriculum for driving or coaching.
