Glad that the judge made a ruling on the requirement for tomatoes on top. An new legal precedent to be quoted for years to come!

Dave, you've obviously never had Shepherd's Pie made with barbecued pulled pork and garlic mashed potatoes. I had it at a local BBQ place called "Holy Smokes", built in what used to be -- you guessed it -- a church. The pews were reused as seats. I'd offer to buy you some for dinner, but alas, the restaurant -- and ISIANMTU -- burned down last summer.
