Ok seriously, if my tortoise has woken from hibernation early, why would I send him outside? He has a litter box anyway. Apparently in the EU they don't enjoy the level of common sense we have in the United States
...and the so-called United Nations does NOTHING.

Our tortoises are now pissed off because they feel gypped. It never gets cold enough for them to hibernate and they have to stay awake all year round.
