Dog-wearing as a new fashion trend? Go ahead and shoot me, while you're at it.

The little hairy dog seems pretty happy, or maybe it's been drugged....

I have two enormous blonde Afghan Hounds who wear me at the end of their leashes as they drag me down the sidewalk. Pocketbook dogs are sick. Those chicks should play with dolls or get a cat.

OK, so these are ... what? Dogs that can't walk??

What happens when nature calls? Could be a soggy and/or stinky fashion statement.
Big Snort @ Christine!

Yes to all of the above. I thought the dogs looked happy, but don't dogs need exercise?
Re: cats - with everything I go though to get my 20 lb Boom into the cat carrier for car trips, I can't even imagine getting him into one of those contraptions, not to mention that who wants to lug a 20 lb cat around? Not me, fer sure! And, I suspect, not Boom.

Where is PETA when you *really* need them?

"Feel the Flo" as the dog p!sses on your leg.

*snork* @ fivver! judi, I submitted a doggy stroller one year. I don't know how you remember all this stuff.
btw - this trend have been around for years. Usually it's a big leather bag with a pooch peeking out of it. I haven't seen the crocheted version before, though.

Can canine scratch and sniff granny squares be far behind?

Really liked the snappy music -
I cannot imagine trying to lug my aussie, mutt and 85 pound border collie around in one of those. (individually, it goes without saying) In the case of the border collie, Boots, HE'D prolly enjoy it, but of course, he's the lunkiest one !
