election judge punches other election judge? Which cemetary precinct was this?

Sounds like they misinterpreted Hillary's reference to women fighting for the right to vote.

MOTW, I just registered by entering a non-existent email address and it worked; you don't have to confirm the registration via email. After the registration page there will be a link to view the story you were trying to read.

Invisible ink?? it could happen. Here. In. Florida.

i know! isn't that the greatest story EVER, susy? whoa. soooo florida.

Real people... wrestling with the real issues that face this country today.

They both got more votes than McCain in *that* Chicago precinct.

judi, it's hilarious! And people believed it??? I thought we had the patent on stupid voters. I can so see that happening here.

what? you mean that wasn't invisible ink!?

Aren't you supposed to hold the paper close to a fire or something to see the invisible ink?

In Chicago, elections are a contact sport.

The election judges (including one who is a neighbor) asked that I use the pen this year instead of filling in the boxes with blood. I'm not sure why he only asked me when there were others in line.

Well, my snarky comment was merely that in a figurative sense lots of Florida voters were given invisible ink pens during the Florida primary.

What's the problem? It WAS a secret ballot.
