What does "take out the garbage" mean? My wife keeps on using the phrase and I have no idea what she wants me to do.

10 husbands in 4 years?! Wow! but reading thru the article, it appears that they just married her to stay in the USA. OK, that makes it a little more believable.
I'm not sure I'd ever need more than 2-3 husbands at once, really. :)
