Is that a candy cane in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
Posted by: bbescuela | November 18, 2007 at 03:44 PM
I don't want to mints (sic) words, but I really cannot bear to look at pictures like this. But it is just after lunchtime, so I'm feeling a little stuffed at the moment.

Peppermint bear looks, um, REALLY happy to see us. My husband's eyes bugged out of his head from across the room when he saw this. Peppermint envy.

Peppermint stick? Is that what the kids are calling it these days? It's getting so hard to keep up.

As a side note, what's a "catalaog"? Is that where you find things like "peppermint sticks"?
Posted by: Auntie M | November 18, 2007 at 03:56 PM
12" Peppermint Stick? Hmmm.
Does he dress right or left?
Posted by: Igloo | November 18, 2007 at 03:59 PM

"...and a horny New Year!"
You know some uber-bored copy writer was having fun with this.

It looks like Peppermint Bear is going to have a very merry Christmas.
Posted by: mm | November 18, 2007 at 04:22 PM
This reminds me of the baby bottle holder that was a rabbit with the bottle coming out of its groin. I'm serious; I've seen a photograph of it from the pre-Photoshop era.

So...where do the batteries go??

Posted by: gjd | November 18, 2007 at 05:21 PM

LTTG but *SNOOOOOORK, Annie! Is a product of some Jordanian Metrology Institute?
Posted by: danceswithvowels | November 18, 2007 at 07:55 PM
Tosses a missing * and a 'this' up there.
Posted by: danceswithvowels | November 18, 2007 at 07:57 PM
It's a bit
harddifficult to see on the ad copy, but I have the impression that the "sign" after that "measurement" in the foto is NOT a " mark, but a ' mark ... which would mean (unless my eyes are werse than I thot -- entirely possible -- that this is a 12-FOOT peppermint stick ...... um ... wowser, I guess ...

Nothing says Christmas like the pepperwood bear!

You all have sick minds, turning a perfectly innocent holiday gift into some perverted joke.
