Cold beer rules no matter what the container. but given the choice, I have to say bottles. I think we need to form a committee to investigate so as to further the campaign.
(Hey Doc! long time no type bud)

Mr. Mally, your work is excellent. Dan's - well, the next batch will be the charm, but this one was a hit nonetheless.
I'm proud to be his brother.

So, yay! My first comment. See I've been lurking the threads for ages and now feel as though you are all my family!* I decided to comment on this topic because A) I love beer, B) I love book tours, and C) I love beer.
*I'm not a notably creepy gal, promise.
Happy Halloween!

HSA, we'll reserve judgement on the creepyness until you've sent your bio & pic to Wyo's site:-)
Mally, we're practically neighbours (what's a few hours in a car) and all I can say is keep your spirits up and by all accounts you will get to heaven instead of that other place.

Good mornin' (Afternoon to Mot)
HSAlex, welcome to the blog!!! If you're NOT a notably creepy gal...what are you doing here??? ;-)
Happy Halloweenie to all!

We're really trying to get a bit of the halloween going here, it's slowly taking off. Mrs Hoople and son were hard at work putting up spider webs, spiders and little plastic pumpkins all over the front of the hous. The neighbors were already suspicious of our sanity before and this may just galvanize them into taking some action. I'm figuring a knock on the door in the early hours and a bunch of men carrying torches and pitchforks on the front lawn. If you don't hear from me again, y'all know what happened.

Well, I spent my evening last night painting a tennis ball black (for the top of the boy's wizard's staff - he didn't think neon yellow quite fit the theme) and gluing cotton balls onto a piece of fleece for the beard. Oh, and trimming a wig down so it didn't reach his rear. Then I didn't even remember to put on my halloween earrings this morning.

I'm going as Dan today. (Does he hate me yet?)
HelterSkelterAlex, you picked an excellent day to emerge from blurkdom. I've always felt as though you were family, too.
But I can get past that.
(Welcome!)

Thank ya everyone! I'll work on that bio, yeah. Though now it's nearly time to be a-gettin' ready for classes. :'(
Well put, Siouxie. Maybe it's time for me to embrace the creepy?
Meanie the Blue, guess what I'll be dressed as today? I'll give you a hint... I'm BLUE. And I'm a MEANIE.

(Thanks to whomever deleted my double post!)
Posted by: Meanie the Blue | October 31, 2007 at 09:21 AM
Now, hold it right there! I just came back to this thread, and found my duplicate post, which I saw before, was gone. Hence, my thank you post.
Of course, now, not only do I have a double post still up there, I have a spurious thank-you-for-the-deletion post as well.
Beware the BOT!!
Posted by: Meanie the Blue | October 31, 2007 at 09:25 AM
It did the same thing to me the other day, Meanie.
Friggin' thing is gettin' outta control!

You boys need me to SMACK the bot???
Posted by: Scary Cowgirl Siouxie | October 31, 2007 at 09:49 AM
He's a cheeky one, that Glove.
Alas, my costume doesn't come close to that one. But it does allow me to sport flaming red lipstick and a mustache. I must remember to take pictures!

Welcome, HSA! Join the madness!
private message to HSA - *whispers* - there are a lot of really weird people here, but I'm one of the few normal ones, so if you get scared, I'm here for you. ;)
Happy Halloween everyone. I hate Halloween. It's my least fave holiday, followed closely behind by Valentine's Day.
