I once reported a neighbor for suspected drugdealing. I was a tad miffed when the cop suggested I would make a better informant if I had 'more experience' id'ing drugs.

well if she read DB blog she would have had second thoughts about calling the police since she isn't the first Dumbest criminal of the day to do that....

so Annie did you take them up on the suggested career move?

"She was promptly arrested on charges of possession of cocaine." So it wasn't fake. Wow, she really is dumb.

So ... if it wuz fake, why could they arrest her?
or ...
If it wuz real ... might one guess that her judgement wuz "impaired"?
(On the "possession" angle, first thot wuz of that line in For a Few Good Men ... "Possession of a condiment?" ... merely associatin' here ...)

I'd just like to know how she managed to make it 53 years on a mind like this.

Can you be arrested for possession of something that it wasn't? Just askin'.
Posted by: Layzeeboy | August 14, 2007 at 12:34 AM
See, what she should have done was ask if she could "borrow" one of them little chemical kits the cops use to test for cocaine. Um, my kid's crammin' on a science project, c'mon help a taxpayer out wouldja officer please?

I'm hoping the cops were smart enough to have her lead them to the dealer, as well.

Just for the record...a person CAN be arrested for purchasing fake drugs. If the drugs are real the genius is arrested for "possession" (not the exorcist kind, the other one). If the drugs are fake, the arrest is for "intent to purchase".

Wow..come online this morning and see my post...YAY!
What struck me as STUPID was that she called the cops to complain and to get her money back!
Crack is Whack!!!! right Whitney???
