So, let's review. Everyone knows that teenagers, cars and cell phones do not mix while driving, so these girls did what they were supposed to (pulled over) and then got shot at for their troubles? I hope they throw the book at this moron. Besides, didn't he think perhaps the police, in their investigation, might notive the tire tracks did not go very far into the drive, thus making it unlikely the girls had tried to run him over?
