ATTENTION, PEOPLE IN THE NEW YORK METROPOLITAN AREA WHO DO NOT FEAR PERMANENT EAR AND BRAIN DAMAGE

Get ready.

Comments

YESSSS!!!!

I mean, er, that's cool.

Holy Crap, Batman! They'll be less than 200 miles from me. I might actually be able to get there.

I note that ALL ticket sales are final and not refundable.

Finally RBR will be within driving distance!

I'm just wondering what "service" I'll be receiving for the $5 (included).

Andy - does the ticket price include ear protection?

New York! You can't be coming that far north without doing Boston, too, right? Hartford? Providence? Bangor?

WOO-HOO! Road trip!!

(okay, train-track trip!!!)

I have to be in proximity to Celine and Manilow, but no RBR to console me?
*pouting*
Vegas is next time, right Dave?
*sigh*

Everyone pictured here will be expected to attend:

(Just pretend that I know how to do the linky thingy.)

Starting June 1, in theatres everywhere "The Hovering - Return of the Leetiehead"

Whoops, try that again.

Cheryl's link, even though the top of my head is missing.

No need to shout, Jeff..... ;)

*big snork* @ Return of Leetiehead!

Great picture, guys! I'd go just to take a trip to NYC again...but can't. I'm still debating going to the fundraiser/art show this Sat. ec can't make it. No other Miami bloglit going???? SuzyQ???

OK, tickets accomplished! And no $5 "service charge" was assessed.

Whoops, my bad. It says the $5 is included in the $30 for the tickets.

Resume your normal blogging.

Okay, I've got the tix. Now to go out in search of a Bic lighter and some earplugs...

Note to whoever (or whomever) is in possession of Leetie's giant head: t-shirts with this image are a must for attending bloglits. Given that this event is in New York, and in a funky super hip downtown nabe at that, they must be BLACK t-shirts. If they have the word "Booger" or acronym "NTTAWWT" across the back, that'd be a nice touch, too.

I'm assuming that a pre-show bloglit bacchanal is already in the planning stages (if not already underway). Count me in. I'm taking that whole day off so as to not miss a moment of the festivities. I'm only sorry I'm already here and will thereby miss out on the VW Bus road trip to NY.

Most bands give the "service" away for free. It must be becoming a burden for them with so many fans and all!

June 1 is my daughter's 17th birthday. Dave, I think it would be a great gesture on your part to fly her and her friends to NY to attend your concert! They don't eat much and they're very well behaved *snork* - dang it! I knew I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face!

AND McGuinn!?!?!?!

How cool is that? Very. ;)

I'll be there in spirit from su.so.ca. *sigh*

Hmmm, Friday, June 1. As one of the offenders in that picture, I might actually be able to attend as well. Must check my oh-so-full social calendar and see if I can squeeze you in, Mr. Blog!

(please hold)

Assuming the rugrat's baseball team doesn't make the playoffs, I'm clear. Have to see if I can arrange a sitter/sleepover first, though, or else I have to bring said rugrat with me. I'm sure he would enjoy the experience, but it might cut down on any of the previously mentioned pre- or post-show celebrations, though.

Excellent ideas, Lairbo. If anyone has the Leetiehead and/or can make the t-shirts it would be great.

And wouldn't it be great if we could get the "real" Leetie to come up for the festivities?

Leets?
