She's hot
Posted by: Paris Hilto | June 01, 2006 at 05:12 PM
Its all about the masks.... don't have to wear make up under a mask. And black boots are always sensible.
Posted by: Bucket | June 01, 2006 at 05:15 PM
In the movie, she'll be portrayed by Bob Dylan.
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:16 PM
*snorks Annie
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 05:17 PM
..."lesbian"..."Dan Didio"...
anybody else read that name as "Dan Dildo"?
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:18 PM
just me?
*leaves to get fresh batteries*
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:22 PM
Batwoman has lots of batteries on her tool belt...
Posted by: insomniac | June 01, 2006 at 05:24 PM
*snork* @ Annie!
all right, TC!
Posted by: southerngirl | June 01, 2006 at 05:27 PM
Annie, Yes, I did.
Posted by: Mikey | June 01, 2006 at 05:29 PM
Tiny got posted! And not in the 'rugby' way! Woohoo!
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:29 PM
Poor Batman. Now he's just bereft.
Who does she hook up with? Catwoman? Talk about claws and fangs...
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 05:37 PM
Batman has Robin -
"Holy Homophobia, Batman!"
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:42 PM
Bumble,
This could be a reallly hot movie. They could get Nicole Kidman to play Batwoman and have Halle Berry play Catwoman again....
Of course, all that leather on leather action could spark a fire from the friction.
But, needless to say, I would be camped out in line at the theater...
Posted by: clark kent | June 01, 2006 at 05:44 PM
save a spot in line for me clark - i'll bring the beer and cheeze-its
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 05:47 PM
NTTAWTT?
Did you mean NTTIAWWT?
Posted by: Bob | June 01, 2006 at 05:47 PM
clark & tiny - maybe while you're waiting in line, you'll meet some nice girls.
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 05:49 PM
Maybe, Annie, but I doubt they would be interested in what we had to offer....
If you know what I mean....
Posted by: clark kent | June 01, 2006 at 05:52 PM
Annie - the primary purpose of attending a movie in which the main characters are leather-clad lesbians is not to meet nice girls - just sayin'
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 05:53 PM
clark - don't be so hard-on yourself.
tc - aaaw, you're so sweet!
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:01 PM
Bob
NTTAWWT = Not That There's Anything Wrong With That
what's wrong with that?
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:02 PM
Sorry I brought it up. :-)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 06:02 PM
*dusts off the doghouse...restocks the fridge.*
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:03 PM
Bumble, for example, would not be caught dead at Batwoman does Catgirl, and Other Interesting Predicaments, or whatever they decide to call this alleged potential movie
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:05 PM
Just to look, Toto? Is that what you're trying to say? Maybe see a little girl on girl action in the dark theater?
WTG getting posted!
*not surprised in the least at Toto's subject matter*
Posted by: Eleanor | June 01, 2006 at 06:07 PM
*snork* at Annie for the Bob Dylan comment! ah, you guys are gonna get me in so much trouble at work... *siiiigh*
Posted by: muffles | June 01, 2006 at 06:07 PM
*awaits further clarification from Tickles as to the primary purpose*
Posted by: KDF | June 01, 2006 at 06:07 PM
Annie - make sure to put some icehouse in that fridge
and KDF - we're talkin' about nicole kidman and halle barry in really, really tight leather on a really, really big screen...
isn't that explanation enough?
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:14 PM
potential movie names:
"Batwoman Cum Studley"
"Girls Gone Gotham"
"I'm Batty for Catty"
"Does This Cape Make My Butt Look Fat?"
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:20 PM
TC - Icehouse...check!
..I heard Melissa Etheridge and Ellen DeGeneres were starring....
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:21 PM
I led a really sheltered childhood.
Did you say, "nicole kidman and halle barry in really, really tight leather on a really, really big screen..."?!?
Posted by: pogo | June 01, 2006 at 06:25 PM
Girls Gone Gotham
*snork*
OK, Melissa's hot (even without her hair), and she rocks
Ellen, on the other hand...
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:26 PM
Ellen has a lovely personality.
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:27 PM
Annie, how is the dog house punishment when we're acceding to their food-and-beverage demands?
*shakes head*
They'll never learn this way.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 06:30 PM
Bumble - Annie recognized long ago that i'm pretty much beyond rehabilitation - now she prefers to keep me sedated with my beverage of choice
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:36 PM
pogo
I did say nicole kidman and halle barry in really, really tight leather on a really, really big screen...
and i would like to take this opportunity to thank the always lovely judi for giving me this opportunity to discuss nicole kidman and halle barry in really, really tight leather on a really, really big screen...
thanks judi :)
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:43 PM
I've got other ideas for sedating you; wanna hear?
*grins wickedly*
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 06:44 PM
...must be whispering....I can't hear a thing.
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:47 PM
sure thing darlin'
but keep in mind that i said, right up there, that you're a nice girl
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 06:47 PM
All right, I won't make a liar out of you.
*hugs TC*
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 06:49 PM
This development has gotten me thinking about other superheroes whose capes may swing the other way, if you get my drift. I always thought Power Man and Iron Fist had a little sum-sum going on there.
Posted by: Chianca at Large | June 01, 2006 at 06:54 PM
...and for what exactly was GI Joe using his 'kung-fu grip'?
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 06:56 PM
hmmmm...I haven't seen Bumble's halo in quite some time now...
nttawwt, Bob. ;)
and *snork* @ Chianca!

("Iron Man" -Black Sabbath)
Is she gay or straight?
Be seen out with Batgirl on a date?
Is she just a fad?
In her off-hours does she wear plaid?
Can she win her fights?
Hanging out with guys all wearing tights?
Posted by: insomniac | June 01, 2006 at 07:16 PM
s-girl~ What? All I did was hug him!
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 07:35 PM
And the reason you haven't seen my halo lately is that El has it. She's doing a polishing job for me. Blue offered, but I thought it'd be safer with her. :-)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 08:19 PM
Bumble-
"polishing your halo"? Is that a euphemism?
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 08:21 PM
Bumble - quit blabbing our euphemisms (although I never thought a mere guy would pick up on that).
Posted by: Annie Where-but-here | June 01, 2006 at 08:28 PM
AWBH- It was all that girl-girl talk early in the thread that must have put my mind in that frame of refer... um, never mind.
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 08:50 PM
I wasn't aware it was euphemism. I thought it was just a fictional literality. If such a thing exists. :-)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 08:54 PM
DC Comics is now AC/DC Comics?
(And I'm not talking about the 70's band.)
Posted by: slyeyes | June 01, 2006 at 08:54 PM
hmmmm
seems i bring out the good in Bumble - interesting affect
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 09:05 PM
BTW, does Batwoman carry a flare gun under her cape?
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:05 PM
And TC, QUIT bringing out the GOOD in Bumble, we like her BAD....
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:07 PM
Also, "The Polished Haloes" WBALousyNFARB... (hmmmm, or WOULD it?)
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:10 PM
*snorks* all around, with nods in particular to AWBH, insom, and sly.
Posted by: Bucket | June 01, 2006 at 09:10 PM
trust me obi wan, it was uninintentional
seems the force works even thru those that have chosen the dark side
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 09:12 PM
TC~ What makes you think it was you? Aren't I naturally good, sweet, etc? Cuddle bug?
*smiles sweetly*
obi wan~ He likes me bad, too. He's probably very confused as to how he achieved the effect just witnessed. I venture to say he'll try not to do it again. ;-)
Now then, can you train me in the proper use of the lightsaber? I think it would come in handy at work.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:14 PM
See? Told you. :-)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:15 PM
Bruce is going to feel terrible when he hears this one.
Posted by: Alfred | June 01, 2006 at 09:15 PM
Which Bruce? If it's the Val Kilmer Bruce, I'll be happy to comfort him. (forever: crappy movie, hot batman)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:16 PM
Micheal Keaton was, by far, the best batman
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 09:21 PM
Nuh uh! Adam West, by a mile.
Posted by: KDF | June 01, 2006 at 09:23 PM
I'm ashamed to say I haven't seen all of that one. I'm sure he was an excellent batman (I do like Keaton) but he's just not quite as hot as Val Kilmer. Not that that'd matter to you, Timothy. :-)
Funny story: My mom was watching that movie with my sisters one night and a bat flew down the stairs and started circling the living room. You can't tell me God doesn't have a sense of humor.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:25 PM
Bumble,
You want trainin' in the LIGHT sayba? HERE's your (not you're) trainin' in the LIGHT sayba...
A lightsaber is not as random or inaccurate as a taser, you must FEEL the force flowing through you...
Posted by: bad obi wan (as in "Bad Santa") | June 01, 2006 at 09:25 PM
*googles Adam West*
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:25 PM
ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! MY BAD, "force" shoulda been capitalized!!!!
Posted by: bad obi wan (as in "Bad Santa") | June 01, 2006 at 09:26 PM
obi wan~ Merciful heavens. Forget I asked.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:26 PM
Oh! I see. West is the original batman. Cool.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:27 PM
"I'm Batman" as said by Michael Keaton was just hawt.
Adam West? Let me think about it.
*thinks*
Nope.
Posted by: slyeyes | June 01, 2006 at 09:28 PM
If Bumble is googling Adam West, IT'S OFFICIAL.... I'm a geezer!
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:29 PM
Sorry, Bumble, I just get excited sometimes and lose myself... I'm REALLY sorry... Anybuddy got a mojito to calm me down?
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:34 PM
Batwoman does girlies? Oh, geez, I can hear my Batman-purist better-half now, he'll go on and on about how the integrity of DC comics is out the window 'cuz they're trying to be PC--and then he'll wanna know when the movie is coming out, so he can check it out. Har! Probably all in the same breath, if I know him ;)
Big Batman fans, that's what we are! Interesting. I suppose it's good at least this Batwoman will have some sort of social life--I don't seem to remember the original Batgirl getting out much. Meantime, I always thought Keaton was the best Batman in the movies, but I have recently picked up "Batman Begins" on DVD, and I'm really diggin' Christian Bale, I thought he was excellent.
Posted by: mellio | June 01, 2006 at 09:34 PM
obi wan~ The fact that I'm 22 doesn't make you a geezer.
*hugs obi wan in a consolatory & platonic manner*
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:35 PM
And at least I know the origin of your screen name without google. And it's not because of the crappy new Star Wars movies, either. They aren't even worthy to be associated with the old ones.
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:36 PM
I haven't seem Batman Begins
I did see Adam West in the original (in re-runs, of course - i ain't that old) - I stand by my opinion - Micheal Keaton was the best batman (subject to revision after viewing Batman Begins)
and since KDF is a chick, meaning that she probably never even read Batman comics, my opinion clearly counts more than hers
Posted by: TC | June 01, 2006 at 09:40 PM
Aaawwwwww, Bum.... that's... (wait, that doesn't look good)
*starts over
Aaawwwwww, Bumble.... that's sweet of you! (hugs back [platonically, of course])
And as far as El polishing your halo, I would like to add "NTTAWWT...")
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:42 PM
*wonders how obi wan planned on finishing his first sentence*
TC, on what planet did you learn that a guy's opinion could ever trump a girl's? ;-)
Posted by: Bumble | June 01, 2006 at 09:44 PM
*loves obi wan a mojito*
*loves Timmy a smack upside the head*
Posted by: KDF | June 01, 2006 at 09:45 PM
Sly, I didn't mean to imply that the Adam West Batman was hawt. Ewww! Just... the best Batman. Campy, but ya gotta love those old reruns.
Posted by: KDF | June 01, 2006 at 09:47 PM
Hey! I'm a 'chick' and I read Batman comics (haven't read them for awhile, tho'). And I watched the 'toons, and the movies AND the teevee show. When I was little, me an' my pals used to play Batman, and I always wanted to be Robin. Yep, I guess I'm a geezer...
mr mellio has the bitchenist Batman tat on his arm. It's...the Bat-signal :)

And, Turnip, I did read Batman comics, so tttthhhhpppt.
Thanks for the Bumble Backup. Backup Bumble. Oh, you know.
Posted by: KDF | June 01, 2006 at 09:48 PM
Also, Bumble, agreeing with you 100% about the "prequel" movies to "Wars." Lucas didn't understand the appeal to the fan base from his first three (the "Luke Trilogy"), and just wanted to go to the computer-generated tech rather than the STORY, which is what made me personally see the original "A New Hope," nee "Star Wars," 18 times while in the theaters, and countless times after the VCR, then DVD, came out...
Posted by: obi wan | June 01, 2006 at 09:50 PM
*snork* @ KDF.
and good to see ya. and mellio. ;)

Bumble - i'm pretty sure i've lived on the same planet most of my life - not completly sure, mind you - but pretty sure - this is earth, right?

OK, you're a hot chick

Note to obi wan: The original version of that list that I read in a forward once modified "Nothing has the same sting as "I'd rather kiss a Wookie." to say " 'I'd rather be his whore than your wife' just doesn't have the same sting as 'I'd rather kiss a Wookie.' " I thought it was funnier that way. *shrugs*
