Maybe partially incapacitated or dead. The real question is does Fidel matter? If Raul can keep a handle on things and doesn't plan on making any major changes to Cuba's policies then the state of Fidel's health is no big deal in the long run.

In answer to the question you posted on the blogwhere is Fidel? : Well hopefully in Hell where he belongs along with all the other communists and Castro apologists who normally hang around this blog. They should be ashamed of themselves supporting the tyrant and assasin that has enslaved and killed thousands of Cubans. But that would be too much to ask since communists and their supporters have no shame at all and will lie, cheat, deceive and do anything dishonest to achieve their nefarious goals.
