I guess my country has a dual terrorist identification system as well: Cuban and everyone else.
Two countries have already named this guy as a culprit or suspect in clandestine and deadly operations. Mr. Posada has outdone Mr. Padilla ten fold and yet he is given a "get out of jail" card by my government everytime.
Posada needs to rot in a latin American prison for the rest of his days to atone for those 70+ people who never got to live out their own lives.
