cubanito

Oh yes, he is in charge, except no one can see him anywhere. He is a no show. He is "walking many miles a day, recuperating very well, in great health", according to all his lackeys but no one can see him anywhere. The invisible Blogger that writes daily diatribes against anything and evryone, from etanol to british submarines, but no one can see him. Maybe he is guarding the gates of Hell where he belongs!!!
