A small group of radical Cuban exile militants are promising to help a Cuban revolt on the island, which they claim is looming. One militant leader, Comandante Rodolfo Frometa Caballero, of Commandos F-4, says he is even training commandos in a third country, and in the U.S. and is planning to infiltrate Cuba soon with his group. He wouldn’t give a specific date. I've included a picture of Frometa. A group of 8 exiles signed a document saying they will do whatever they can to help along an insurrection. This comes from some of the same people who’ve failed to topple the Cuban government with violence the last 47 years. Is this the last gasp of anti-Castro violence? Or just a bunch of aging anti-Castro operatives trying to remain relevant?
